Returns

The warranty of the products we offer is the one established by the current Spanish law for each type of product, for a period of two years from the date of delivery.

Deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or manipulation, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use or products susceptible to immediate copying are not included.

In those incidences that justify the use of the guarantee, we will opt for the replacement of the article, discount or refund, in the legally established terms.

The guarantee will lose its value:

• If any of the data of the same or of the proof of purchase is modified, altered or substituted.
• If you do not have proof of purchase of the order.
• To make use of the warranty, it is essential to present the warranty certificate together with the proof of purchase.

Offering the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers. If when you receive your order you are not satisfied, you have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal. The law of the place where the goods covered by the contract have been delivered or where the service is to be rendered shall determine the days to be considered working days.

To make the return, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included if applicable. Once the goods have been received in our warehouses, and after checking the condition of the same, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product.

In any case, the return of defective products and erroneous shipments will be admitted, being 5 Lunas who will bear the shipping costs provided that the customer communicates this circumstance within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

The following items cannot be returned, except for those that are defective or incorrectly supplied:

Books, CDs, DVDs, Pendrives, videos and in general any product that can be reproduced or copied immediately.
